ORGANIZATION: NEW MEXICO RAMP PROJECT

We are looking for two compassionate and detail-oriented Client Relations Coordinators to join our team. In this volunteer role, you will help build strong relationships with our clients and ensure their voices are heard. As a Client Relations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting client stories and photos, editing them for clarity and impact, and sharing them with the appropriate coordinators.
  • Managing and addressing client concerns, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses to maintain positive relationships.
  • Conducting follow up phone interviews

Mission Statement

The New Mexico Ramp Project is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit that provides free ramps for older adults and people with mobility issues across New Mexico. These are identified by local health care providers and organizations knowing the financial and medical condition of the individual. Volunteer labor is used to build the ramps. Ramps are built without regard to race, religion, ethnicity, age or gender.

Our vision is that no New Mexico resident with mobility issues shall lack safe access to their residence because of financial limitations.
