Samaritan House of San Mateo County is preparing for tax season and we need greeters to welcome clients arriving to file their taxes. No tax expertise needed - this is just a greeter role. We need at least two friendly greeters per shift or a combination of coverage to last the duration of the shifts as listed. Even if you can only do a few hours, that is helpful.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and orient tax filers to the tax site
- Manage waiting and entry areas to ensure smooth flow of taxpayers according to site operational procedures
- Refer taxpayers to Tax Preparers or Site Coordinators for tax-related questions
