If you know you need and want to volunteer but feel it might be too much, why not volunteer for 1 hour a week.
Our medical office needs volunteers like you. The thing is this, we need volunteers and if 7 volunteers managed 1 hour a week it would make a world of difference ot our medical team, doctor, nurses, patients and their caregivers.
Things our volunteers can do-
-Make medical copies
-manage storage shelves
-visit with a patient
-create admission packets
-compassionate presence (sitting with a patient)

Hospice care is focused on maintaining dignity and providing comfort, including pain and symptom management at the end of life when a cure is no longer possible. Also called palliative care, hospice involves the aggressive treatment of physical and emotional pain and symptoms. Hospice affirms life, improves comfort, and does not hasten or postpone death.

- Orientation or Training
- 1 hour a week for 3 months
- Because we are a medical office we do need to have you fill out our application bundle, do a background check, (fingerprinting if you haven't had this done before, once done, it is forever in Oklahoma's system) and then our inhouse orientation.
