Our Organization is a non-profit whose mission is to create training programs that lead to industrial-recognized certification in the Area of Culinary art, STEAM A.I, as well as working with community developers, to help create a workforce that can earn an affordable income to move into med/to high-income properties located on the Southside of Chicago. With an influx of young people looking to move into progressive cities in the Midwest, Chicago is one of those Cities that attract worldwide talent. We are looking for an individual with the drive to help our organization transform itself into the premier Community Development Corp to help Our partners and community leaders create walkable communities with a strong workforce.

Description

The Davenport Community Development Group is a non-profit Community development company, operating on the Southside of Chicago, we train individuals in the Culinary Arts, and STEAM programs and Offer individuals access to affordable Housing. All of our training programs offer industrial-recognized certifications, Our newly implemented housing program gives information to those interested in purchasing new Homes, in the form of government and locate bank programs. We also work with housing developers to connect with potential investors and home buyers.
