About GOOD FAITH VETERANS FOUNDATION

Location:

13918 THERA ISLE, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78245, US

Mission Statement

Our mission is to enhance the well-being and quality of life for those who have served in the military, along with their families. We aim to achieve this through advocacy, providing access to benefits, offering essential resources, and assisting with housing needs.

Description

We have extensive experience working with wounded, injured, and ill veterans, many of whom face significant physical, emotional, and psychological challenges. Our foundation's programs have been developed in collaboration with medical and therapeutic experts to ensure we address not just immediate needs, but also long-term care and rehabilitation. We partner with local organizations like San Antonio Military Medical Center , Center for the Intrepid , and Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) to provide holistic support that includes physical rehabilitation, mental health services, and family-centered care.

Our foundation also recognizes the critical role that families and caregivers play in the recovery journey of wounded veterans. Caring for a severely injured veteran can be emotionally and physically exhausting, and we offer resources designed to support caregivers in this vital role. This includes respite care, mental health counseling, and access to specialized support groups where families can share experiences and strategies for coping.
