Are you ready to take action and make a real impact? As a BluBirds Chapter Starter, you’ll lead the way in connecting your high school with a local retirement home, creating opportunities to combat senior isolation while developing your own leadership skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with our BluBirds team through weekly online meetings where we’ll guide you step-by-step.
- Build a connection between your high school and a nearby retirement home.
- Organize 3-4 volunteer events each month that bring students and seniors together in meaningful ways.
- Recruit and manage a team of volunteers at your school.
- Be the leader of your chapter, coordinating events and keeping in touch with our national team.
