UnityMUN is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team and help drive our mission of empowering individuals and communities through education and humanitarian aid.

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of UnityMUN, ensuring the organization's fiscal health and supporting our growth initiatives. This role is crucial in managing our resources effectively to maximize our impact in developing countries.

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with UnityMUN's mission and goals
• Manage budgeting processes, financial reporting, and cash flow forecasting
• Oversee financial compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize resource allocation for educational and humanitarian projects
• Manage relationships with donors, partners, and financial institutions

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the non-profit sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools
