This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other Program Strategists to develop, implement, and evaluate the processes, procedures and policies of Empowered Futures' digital mentorship program
• Establish onboarding content and training for incoming mentors and mentees
• Optimize the digital mentorship platform through feedback and testing
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to monitor the effectiveness of the mentorship curriculum

Qualifications:

• You are passionate about mentorship and want to inspire hope for the future generation of emerging adults
• You have previous experience in mentoring
  Previous experience in developing programs, business strategy, or other related fields is an asset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other team members
