University of Pittsburgh’s Marcus Rediker joins forces with Naomi Wallace to bring us The Return of Benjamin Lay, a fierce play about a revolutionary abolitionist far ahead of his time. Disowned for his 'radical' ideas of freedom, Benjamin Lay was a towering example of conviction who stood only four-feet tall.
Evening performances (W/Th/F/S) start at 8 PM and weekend matinees (S/Sn) start at 2 PM. Student Matinee on 2/19/25 at 9 AM. We recommend arriving 1 hour prior to start of the performance.
This production is staged at the Braddock Carnegie Library (526 Braddock Ave, Braddock, PA 15104
