About PostBaby Bliss Foundation
The PostBaby Bliss Foundation is a startup nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting postpartum families through education, resources, and compassionate care. Our mission is to empower parents during the postpartum period by fostering a community of support and offering programs that prioritize maternal and family well-being. Together, we strive to ensure that every family transitions into parenthood with confidence and the tools they need to thrive.
Role OverviewAs the Vice President of Operations (Volunteer), you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Foundation’s programs, initiatives, and day-to-day operations. Reporting directly to the President and collaborating with other executive team members, you will oversee organizational systems, manage operational strategies, and drive the implementation of processes that support our mission.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Operations Management:
Develop, implement, and monitor operational plans and policies to ensure organizational efficiency.
Evaluate and optimize internal systems to support the Foundation’s growth and effectiveness.
Leadership & Team Coordination:
Collaborate with department leaders (e.g., Program Director, Director of Development, Director of Community Outreach) to align operations with program and fundraising goals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Budgeting & Resource Allocation:
Work with leadership to develop and oversee operational budgets once funds have been raised.
Ensure resources are allocated effectively to support organizational priorities.
Volunteer Management:
Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and retention strategies in partnership with other leaders.
Ensure volunteers are supported and have the tools needed to succeed in their roles.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for nonprofit organizations.
Identify and mitigate risks to the Foundation’s operations and reputation.
Performance Measurement:
Track operational metrics and prepare regular reports for the Board of Directors.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency.
Strong passion for postpartum care, maternal health, and family support services.
Proven experience in nonprofit operations, organizational management, or a similar leadership role.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of nonprofit compliance and operational best practices (preferred).
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana), and CRM systems.
- Have earned a Bachelors degree

The PostBaby Bliss Foundation exists to empower, support and uplift postpartum families by providing access to essential postpartum resources, education, and compassionate care during one of life’s most transformative and challenging stages.
Through charitable programs, educational workshops, and community outreach initiatives, the Foundation aims to Promote Maternal and Infant Health through free or subsidized postpartum care, mental health support, and recovery resources, to underserved families. We also aim to educate and empower parents, advance awareness and advocacy, facilitate research and innovation, and foster community connections.
