About PostBaby Bliss Foundation

Role OverviewThe Fundraising Coordinator Volunteer will play a vital role in driving the Foundation’s fundraising efforts. This position is ideal for someone with experience or an interest in nonprofit fundraising, event planning, and donor relations. You will help create and execute strategies to generate the resources needed to support our programs and initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesFundraising Strategy Development:
Work with leadership to develop and implement fundraising campaigns.
Identify potential funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and individual donors.
Campaign Coordination:
Plan and coordinate fundraising events, such as virtual fundraisers, donor drives, and community events.
Manage donor databases and track contributions to ensure accurate reporting.
Donor Relations:
Cultivate relationships with donors through personalized communication and updates.
Draft thank-you letters, emails, and social media acknowledgments to recognize donor contributions.
Grant Research and Writing:
Research grant opportunities aligned with the Foundation’s mission.
Assist in writing grant proposals and preparing required documentation.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fundraising campaigns through social media, newsletters, and the Foundation’s website.
Create engaging content to inspire donations and participation.
Passion for supporting postpartum families and maternal health initiatives.
Experience in fundraising, event planning, or nonprofit work (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using tools like Google Workspace, fundraising platforms (e.g., GoFundMe, Donorbox), and CRM tools (preferred).
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative fundraising ideas.

The PostBaby Bliss Foundation exists to empower, support and uplift postpartum families by providing access to essential postpartum resources, education, and compassionate care during one of life’s most transformative and challenging stages.
Through charitable programs, educational workshops, and community outreach initiatives, the Foundation aims to Promote Maternal and Infant Health through free or subsidized postpartum care, mental health support, and recovery resources, to underserved families. We also aim to educate and empower parents, advance awareness and advocacy, facilitate research and innovation, and foster community connections.
