About PostBaby Bliss Foundation
The PostBaby Bliss Foundation is a startup nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting postpartum families through education, resources, and compassionate care. Role OverviewThe Program Manager Volunteer will oversee the day-to-day management of programs and initiatives within the Foundation, ensuring smooth operations and effective execution. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented with strong organizational skills who is passionate about supporting postpartum families.
ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination:
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and delivery of programs and services.
Coordinate logistics, including virtual meetings, event setups, and material distribution.
Volunteer Support:
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and management of program volunteers.
Ensure volunteers have clear instructions, resources, and support to fulfill their roles.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain program calendars, schedules, and documentation.
Prepare reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program success.
Community Engagement:
Help communicate with program participants, addressing questions and concerns.
Promote programs through social media, newsletters, and other outreach channels.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Program Director and other team members to align efforts and priorities.
Contribute ideas for program improvement and innovation.
Passion for maternal health, postpartum care, or family support services.
Experience in program coordination, project management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

The PostBaby Bliss Foundation exists to empower, support and uplift postpartum families by providing access to essential postpartum resources, education, and compassionate care during one of life’s most transformative and challenging stages.
Through charitable programs, educational workshops, and community outreach initiatives, the Foundation aims to Promote Maternal and Infant Health through free or subsidized postpartum care, mental health support, and recovery resources, to underserved families. We also aim to educate and empower parents, advance awareness and advocacy, facilitate research and innovation, and foster community connections.
