About PostBaby Bliss Foundation
The PostBaby Bliss Foundation (PBB Foundation) is dedicated to supporting new parents during the postpartum period by providing education, resources, and community-based support. Our mission is to create a community where every postpartum family feels nurtured, informed, and supported. Through programs that prioritize maternal and family well-being, we aim to address the physical, emotional, and practical challenges of the postpartum period. By fostering awareness and offering accessible services, the PostBaby Bliss Foundation is dedicated to helping families thrive during the "fourth trimester" and beyond.
Role OverviewThe Program Director Volunteer will play a critical role in developing, coordinating, and overseeing the Foundation’s programs and initiatives. This position is ideal for someone passionate about maternal and postpartum care, with a strong background in program management, strategic planning, and community engagement.
ResponsibilitiesProgram Development & Management:
Design, implement, and manage programs aligned with the Foundation’s mission.
Monitor program effectiveness and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Volunteer Coordination:
Recruit, train, and oversee program volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
Foster a positive and collaborative volunteer culture.
Partnership Building:
Establish relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to expand program reach and impact.
Represent the Foundation at networking events and in collaborative initiatives.
Program Evaluation:
Track metrics and outcomes to assess program success.
Prepare reports and recommend improvements based on findings.
Event Planning:
Plan and execute educational workshops, support group meetings, and community events.
Coordinate logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and outreach.
- Strong passion for postpartum care, maternal health, or family support services.
Proven experience in program management or nonprofit operations.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Background in Healthcare, and/or Education
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Familiarity with grant writing and fundraising (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and project management tools.

The PostBaby Bliss Foundation exists to empower, support and uplift postpartum families by providing access to essential postpartum resources, education, and compassionate care during one of life’s most transformative and challenging stages.
Through charitable programs, educational workshops, and community outreach initiatives, the Foundation aims to Promote Maternal and Infant Health through free or subsidized postpartum care, mental health support, and recovery resources, to underserved families. We also aim to educate and empower parents, advance awareness and advocacy, facilitate research and innovation, and foster community connections.
