THRIVE Center for Survivors of Torture (formerly Utah Health & Human Rights) is seeking a compassionate Spanish-speaking volunteer interpreter to support our Mind-Body Skills Group for Spanish-speaking participants. This group will start January 14 and run through the end of March. It will meet every Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Qualified volunteers must be fluent in Spanish and English and willing to pass a background check.

To volunteer please fill out our online form at: https://thrivesot.org/volunteer

As a volunteer interpreter, you’ll work alongside the group facilitator to ensure clear communication and create a safe, supportive space for participants to engage in therapeutic practices that promote healing and resilience. This is an impactful way to use your language skills to empower and uplift others.

If you're interested or have questions, please contact THRIVE's Director of Outreach and Development, May Bryant, at May.Bryant@THRIVESOT.org or call them directly at (801)494-5431 ext. 1005. Together, we can help survivors take meaningful steps toward healing.
