Description
Pathways to Services Development is a nonprofit organization founded to empower underserved individuals and families by addressing the root causes of instability and creating lasting opportunities for growth. With a focus on community-driven solutions, we provide holistic support through programs like Sober Living Environments (SLE), life skills training, and peer-led mentoring services.
Our goals include fostering emotional resilience, enhancing self-sufficiency, and building sustainable recovery pathways. We specialize in helping youth, families, and individuals with lived experiences navigate challenges such as addiction, homelessness, and mental health struggles.
In partnership with local organizations and Medi-Cal Peer Support services, we’ve established innovative initiatives, including a peer support app, a youth and family tiny home community, and workshops on emotional maturity and job readiness.
By blending trauma-informed care with evidence-based practices, Pathways creates an inclusive space for healing and empowerment.
