ORGANIZATION: Allheal Home Health

A hospice volunteer provides compassionate companionship and support to patients who are nearing the end of life. They offer emotional comfort, help with light tasks around the house, and provide a reassuring presence for both the patient and their family. Volunteers are there to listen, keep the patient company, and make sure they feel safe and cared for during this time.

Mission Statement

Empowering individuals and families with compassionate care and support during life's final journey. Our mission at Allheal Hospice is to provide dignified, holistic end-of-life care that enhances quality of life, honors individual preferences, and fosters peace and comfort for all those we serve.

Description

Allheal Hospice is a branch of Allheal Home Health. We have served the greater Houston area for 15 years. While we find great pleasure in seeing our patients rehabilitate and find themselves healthy again, we also know that sometimes that isn't the case.
Hospice is the next step in that transition. Our goal is make sure patients are comfortable in this end of life journey. Volunteers are an integral part of a hospice's service.
