Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to serve as online education mentors for underprivileged children aged 5-19 years from developing countries. As a mentor, you will provide virtual tutoring and support in various subjects, helping these students overcome educational barriers and reach their full potential

Responsibilities

• Conduct online tutoring sessions in your area of expertise (e.g., mathematics, science, language arts, etc.)
• Develop engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
• Provide encouragement and motivation to students
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback
• Collaborate with other volunteers and staff members

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Proficiency in the subject area you wish to teach
• Experience working with children (preferred but not required)
• Access to a reliable internet connection and necessary technology
• Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity

Time Commitment

• Minimum of 2 hours per week for at least 3 months
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones
