Professional Volunteer Opportunities for the Fade To Black Arts Festival 2025

In preparation for the Fade To Black Arts Festival 2025, we are seeking dedicated professionals to fill the following volunteer roles. These positions are crucial to ensuring the success of the festival and offer unique opportunities to contribute to the arts community.

The operations team makes the festival flow and significantly impacts the participant and talent experience. The Director of Operations must be objective, detail-oriented, organized, and excellent at coordinating several activities. The Director of Operations brings out the synergies within the Operations Team to ensure the festival runs safely and smoothly.

• Leading the strategy and deployment of the Operations Team, including Hospitality, Security, Volunteers, Stage Management, Technical Managers, and Events Coordinator.

• Working closely with the Assistant Festival Director to ensure vision and strategy are followed and executed as planned.

• Ensuring coordination of event schedules and operational team members to be at the right time and right place to support (including volunteers and runners).

• Ensuring staff and participant safety protocol strategy is developed and implemented.
