Are you a caring, loving and compassionate person? All of our volunteers find their experiences not only enrich the lives of our patients, but find great reward in their personal experience as well.
Ziba Hospice is seeking volunteers to help support patients and their family members during their time of need. Volunteers are needed for companionship, playing games, listening, sharing stories, playing music, and just being a friend. We are also seeking office volunteers to help around the administrative side of hospice. Flexible days/times. Training all year around. Hospice volunteers receive 2 days of training.

Description
We are a small local California Hospice, serving Long Beach, Rancho Palos Verdes, Torrance, Carson, Lakewood, Cerritos, Los Alamitos, and San Pedro. Our caring staff includes nurses, social workers, chaplain, pharmacy, supplies, and other professionals who respond to the needs of our community by being recognized as the expert in delivering individualized care and support services to patients and families during life limiting illness, grief, and bereavement.
