Overview:
Arts In CT, a nonprofit organization that has positively impacted over 60,000 people through the arts, is seeking an experienced WordPress Website Administrator to help keep our online presence updated and engaging. This is a great opportunity for someone with technical expertise in WordPress who wants to use their skills to support a meaningful cause.

Responsibilities:

  • Website Updates: Update the WordPress website with accurate and current contact information, including email, phone numbers, and other critical details.
  • Content Management: Add new content, such as event details, program offerings, testimonials, and visuals, to keep the site fresh and informative.
  • Website Optimization: Ensure the website is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and reflects Arts In CT’s mission and programs.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Arts In CT team to align updates with organizational goals and campaigns.
  • Troubleshooting: Address minor technical issues or recommend solutions for more significant challenges.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in WordPress website design and management.
  • Familiarity with plugins, themes, and basic coding (HTML, CSS) as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure content accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Arts In CT team.
  • A portfolio or examples of previous WordPress projects.
  • Interest in the arts or nonprofit work is a bonus.
