Resume Building and Mock Job Interviews for Refugees

Volunteers will work with Refugee clients to help build resumes and prepare for potential job interviews as they become ready to search for employment. Some responsibilities include; help clients prepare for basic interview questions, expectations and building confidence.

Availability:

• Ideally Tuesdays or Fridays, 2 hours a week, during the day(time is TBD).

Qualifications:

• Experience and appreciation for working with diverse cultures and communities
• A committed, dependable, and adaptable personality
• Multilingual a plus
• Experience with HR, employment services, consulting

Volunteers must complete the agency application process, which includes a background check, safety training, as well as a new volunteer orientation.
