Recruiting Organization: Paris Against Trump

With the 2024 election behind us and Trump back in office, the initial shockwave has settled, but our resolve has only grown stronger. Paris Against Trump is ready to elevate our efforts to the next level, building on the foundation we began in 2016 to meet this critical moment head-on!

Founded in November 2016 with a protest that drew 1,000 people to the Eiffel Tower, Paris Against Trump is now embarking on a bold, four-year mission to combat disinformation and authoritarianism through art.

Through the Paris Fund for Resistance Art and a robust social media presence, we aim to replace messages of fear and hatred with beauty, community, and inspiration. This initiative will launch on January 18, 2025, during a major public protest in Paris, as part of coordinated anti-authoritarian demonstrations worldwide.

As we prepare to convert to nonprofit status, we are recruiting dedicated volunteers to help us achieve our mission:

Volunteer Opportunities:

We are seeking passionate individuals to:

• Join our founding Board of Directors to guide strategy and governance.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring our message reaches a global audience.
• Brainstorm and create engaging content ideas to inspire and mobilize supporters.
• Help strategize for increased engagement and visibility across platforms.
• Collaborate with our team to align content with our mission.

Who We’re Looking For

• Creative and passionate about social justice and progressive causes.
• Skilled in leadership, strategy, or social media management (especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
• An excellent communicator and idea-generator.
• Able to commit at least 5 hours per week.
