Position Overview:
The Fundraising and Development Team is essential to the financial sustainability of Unleash Your Inner Worth, Inc. This team focuses on cultivating long-term relationships with donors, securing corporate sponsorships, and pursuing grants to support the organization’s mission. Members will also design and execute fundraising campaigns that engage the community and ensure sufficient resources for key initiatives, including the annual Women’s Empowerment Summit.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Grant Writing:

   • Research and identify grants aligned with the organization’s mission.
   • Prepare and submit compelling grant applications and manage reporting requirements for awarded grants.

2. Donor Relations:

   • Develop strategies to engage individual donors, from one-time gifts to recurring contributions.
   • Create tailored outreach programs, including thank-you letters, donor recognition initiatives, and exclusive opportunities for major donors.
   • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key supporters.

3. Corporate Sponsorships:

   • Identify potential corporate sponsors for events and programs.
   • Develop and present tiered sponsorship packages that offer specific benefits to partnering businesses.
   • Secure corporate commitments, particularly for the Women’s Empowerment Summit and Gala.

4. Fundraising Campaigns:

   • Design and execute community-engaging campaigns, such as virtual crowdfunding, annual galas, and networking events.
   • Work with the Event Planning Team to incorporate fundraising activities into organizational events.
   • Track and analyze the success of fundraising efforts to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Passion for empowering women and supporting the mission of Unleash Your Inner Worth, Inc.
• Experience in fundraising, grant writing, or donor relations is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising tools or CRM software is an advantage.

Supervision and Collaboration:
Team members will collaborate closely with the Fundraising Chair and Event Planning Team to align efforts with organizational goals and ensure resources meet the needs of events and programs.
