Position Overview:
The Marketing and Communications Team is essential to building public awareness and engagement for Unleash Your Inner Worth, Inc. Through public relations, social media, email marketing, and content creation, this team promotes the organization’s mission, events, and programs. Team members will develop and implement strategies to amplify the organization’s brand and ensure its messaging resonates with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Public Relations:

   • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets.
   • Write and distribute press releases for events, campaigns, and organizational milestones.
   • Secure media coverage and manage media partnerships to increase visibility.

2. Social Media Management:

   • Create, schedule, and curate content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
   • Design promotional graphics, videos, and event highlights to engage with and grow the audience.
   • Monitor and respond to interactions, fostering an active online community.

3. Email Marketing and Newsletters:

   • Develop and manage email campaigns to inform and inspire supporters.
   • Highlight upcoming events, program updates, and success stories through newsletters.
   • Track email analytics to measure engagement and improve effectiveness.

4. Content Creation:

   • Write compelling stories, articles, and updates to inspire the community and attract new supporters.
   • Develop messaging that highlights the positive impact of the organization’s initiatives.

5. Sponsor and Donor Outreach:

   • Collaborate with the fundraising team to create marketing materials for potential sponsors and donors.
   • Tailor outreach efforts to build relationships with key supporters.

Qualifications:

• Passion for empowering women and supporting the mission of Unleash Your Inner Worth, Inc.
• Experience in marketing, public relations, or communications is a plus.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Supervision and Collaboration:
Team members will work closely with the Public Relations Chair and other key leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and campaigns.
