ORGANIZATION: Unleash Your Inner Worth

Position Overview:
The Events Chair plays a key role in overseeing and coordinating all major events organized by Unleash Your Inner Worth, Inc. This individual ensures that event plans align with the organization’s mission of empowering women, providing leadership in event strategy, planning, and execution. The role includes supporting logistics for high-profile events such as the Unleash Your Inner Worth: Women's Empowerment Summit and Gala.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop a strategic vision for events to align with the organization’s mission and objectives.
    • Create detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets for board review and approval.
  • Event Coordination:

    • Oversee logistics for all major events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and scheduling.
    • Collaborate with the fundraising and development team to integrate sponsorship and donor engagement into events.
    • Manage event day operations to ensure smooth execution and a positive attendee experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Coordinate with speakers, performers, and volunteers to confirm schedules and requirements.
    • Serve as a liaison between the board, event committee, and external partners.
    • Cultivate relationships with vendors, sponsors, and community leaders to enhance event quality and impact.
  • Marketing and Promotion:

    • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for events.
    • Ensure events are effectively publicized across social media, email, and community networks.
  • Post-Event Analysis:

    • Conduct evaluations of events to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare summary reports for the board, including attendance, financial outcomes, and success metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for empowering women and advancing the mission of Unleash Your Inner Worth, Inc.
  • Event planning or project management experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure.

Unleash Your Inner Worth, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and uplifting women from all walks of life. Through transformative experiences such as conferences, workshops, and mentorship programs, we aim to enhance mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being while fostering personal growth, professional development, and community engagement.

Our signature event, the Unleash Your Inner Worth: Women’s Empowerment Summit and Gala, takes place annually and features inspiring speakers, engaging workshops, and networking opportunities. The 2025 gala will include live entertainment, an awards ceremony, and a fundraiser to support Tabitha’s House in combating sex trafficking.

We are committed to equipping women with tools to overcome life’s challenges, achieve their goals, and create lasting change.
