Position Overview:
The Fundraising Chair is a critical member of the board who leads and oversees all fundraising efforts to ensure the financial sustainability of Unleash Your Inner Worth, Inc. This individual will plan and execute effective fundraising strategies, engage with donors, and support sponsorship outreach efforts in collaboration with the organization’s fundraising and development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fundraising Leadership:
  • Develop and lead fundraising campaigns and initiatives to meet or exceed organizational goals.
  • Set annual fundraising targets in collaboration with the board and executive team.
• Donor Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners.
  • Create and implement strategies to enhance donor retention and recognition.
• Sponsorship Outreach:
  • Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities for events, programs, and initiatives.
  • Work with the development team to secure funding through grants, partnerships, and sponsorships.
• Event Support:
  • Assist in planning fundraising events, including the Unleash Your Inner Worth: Women's Empowerment Summit and Gala.
  • Engage with attendees and sponsors during events to promote the organization’s mission and future fundraising efforts.
• Collaboration:
  • Partner with the fundraising and development team to align efforts and share best practices.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the board and Executive Director.

Qualifications:

• Passion for empowering women and supporting the mission of Unleash Your Inner Worth, Inc.
• Experience in fundraising, development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices, donor management tools, and grant writing is a plus.
