Make a difference for the next generation and be a part of the Her Idea mentorship program. Together, let's shape a brighter, more inclusive future. Sign up as a mentor today and help these remarkable young women soar to new heights!

WHY MENTOR?

Our young people need mentors. Mentors can encourage and support them to have real world experiences that teach them how to be flexible and creative problem solvers. Mentors can assist with developing a network to help prepare them and help them understand the realities of the world they are coming into.

At Her Idea, we aim to bridge the gap between school and real world agency, and support these young people to become confident innovators, creators, and leaders actuating their ideas now, rather than later. Her Idea’s Mentorship Program provides passionate young people the power to control what and how they learn, funding to pursue their passion, and personalized guidance along the way as they construct their path for success.

Help us with our mission and join an incredibly talented and fun, supportive network of mentors! Commit to as little or as many mentoring opportunities as you’d like each year. You do not need to commit to any mentoring up front to be a part of the network. As long as you are in the mentor network, we’ll keep you informed of all of the mentoring opportunities as they come up during the year.

Our mentors receive priority access to mentoring opportunities and special member-only networking events and workshops.
