Teens4TeensHelp is currently accepting applications to join our Youth Advisory Board (YAB). Our YAB is composed of a diverse network of teens and young adults who weigh in on how our youth-led organization is run and help us ensure that our work consistently centers and amplifies youth voices nationally. They are passionate changemakers who together spread and fuel our work ensuring we stay authentic to our mission and bring the voice of this generation to the forefront.

YAB members contribute in a variety of ways to our organization:

  • Share their stories of recovery
  • Interview mental health professionals for Teen Talks and Therapy Explained videos
  • Give community presentations about mental health and share resources
  • Provide continuous input to new content and resources being added to our site
  • Create social media content for our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts
  • Help with fundraising and community outreach

About TEENS4TEENSHELP

Location:

21695 YUCATAN AVENUE, WOODLAND HILLS, CA 91364, US

Mission Statement

We want to build a peer-to-peer online mental health platform, for and by teens and young adults, where those who are suffering may find encouragement, education, and the self-motivation to choose recovery.

Description

We are teens from every walk of life who have managed to navigate our mental health issues and want to share what we have learned to help others who are suffering.

We are keenly aware that most students will not have the benefit of someone coming to their school to talk to them about mental health. With the knowledge that teens are fairly inseparable from their internet connections, we realized that this platform was the best way to reach the most people.

This is a project of love. We hope to positively impact the lives of thousands of teens and their families across the country and globally.
