Hi. We are Baltimore Win Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing Medical Billing & Coding training to those with a criminal record.
We also assist them with job placement assistance through our Adopt a Felon Initiative.
THIS IS NOT A PAID OPPORTUNITY
All board members will be required to pay monthly dues of $99 to help keep our program going and growing .
As a board member of our organization, you would be required to attend online quarterly board meetings so you can discuss any revisions to our program progress as well as discuss future goals, projects and make decisions for the best interest of the company.
We also require that you to attend our annual charity event and sell 5 tickets to support our organization as well as attend 2 community events per year. You will also receive a monthly newsletter with updates on our organizations progress.
You will in turn be listed as a board member of our organization on any advertisements or marketing entailing our Board of Directors.

Our mission is to provide Workforce Development to those seeking reentry and those with a criminal record seeking a new skill. We virtually train them to become Entry Level Medical Billers & Coders with the option to take an exam and become certified.
Description
We want to open a location and testing center someday for our program as well as add other unique skills.
Right now, we need Administrative Support to make sure things are running smoothly and stay organized until we receive proper funding and sponsorship.
