Join Empowered Futures as a Marketing Lead Volunteer and become a key part of our futuristic and innovative organization dedicated to empowering emerging adults as they transition into adulthood.

At Empowered Futures, we are dedicated to creating confident, emotionally intelligent, and resourceful adults through self-empowerment, business mentorship, and unwavering support, to help them build their capability and reap their full potential.

This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and delegate assignments and marketing projects to inidividual team members
  • Ensure that team members are completing their marketing assignments to completion according to deadlines
  • Assist team members with brainstorming marketing strategies and developing publicity materials and marketing plans
  • Assist team mebers with utilizing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tools.
  • Provide guidance for posting and managing social media accounts.
  • Attend team’s weekly meetings on Mondays at 7:00pm MST, Tuesdays at 12pm MST and Empowered Futures’ monthly General Board meeting

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience or education in Marketing, Social Media and/or Communications. A Bachelors Degree in Marketing is a plus.
  • Eager to brainstorm marketing content with team members and delegate individual work and projects to them on a continual basis.
  • The ability to manage a team and use effective ways to communicate ideas and expectations.
