We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and manage our brand’s social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, deep knowledge of social platforms, and a strategic mindset to help elevate the brand’s digital presence, engage with followers, and drive business growth.

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube,Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

• Content Creation: Create compelling and on-brand content (posts, graphics, videos, stories, newsletter etc.) to engage with audiences. Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals.

• Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, answer questions, respond to comments, and moderate conversations across social media platforms to foster positive relationships with the community.

• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign performance. Use data to refine strategies and content.

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management, targeting, ad creatives, and performance analysis.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and aesthetic across all platforms.

• Trends and Insights: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Adapt strategies as necessary to stay ahead of the competition.

• Collaboration: Work with other departments (such as PR, customer service, and sales) to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.
