The STEM program is open to all students from preschool to high school, with a mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application, preparing students for globally competitive results.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled International Media Manager to lead global media strategies and deliver impactful, culturally resonant campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international media trends, audience behavior, and analytics to enhance our global brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
 Develop data-driven media plans aligned with business objectives and audience insights to drive innovation and measurable outcomes.
 Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to shape audience targeting strategies and inform tactical planning, execution, and optimization across channels.
 Serve as an expert in media planning best practices, incorporating industry innovations across digital and traditional platforms.
 Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, insights, and creative departments, to develop integrated campaigns.
 Collaborate with external media agencies and global media teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution worldwide.
 Oversee multiple media projects, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure flawless campaign planning and implementation.
 Evaluate campaign performance against key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and reporting.

Qualifications
 A bachelor’s degree in media, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
 3-5 years of professional experience in roles such as Media Manager, Media Director, Media Planner, or similar positions within a recognized marketing agency or media organization.
 Experience working on multiple international markets (EMEA and/or LATAM)
 Comprehensive understanding of current media trends, practices, and advancements.
 Experience in planning and executing multi-channel media campaigns and working in data-driven environments.
 A collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously when required and able to work under pressure and familiarity with analytics tools such as Moat and Nielsen IMS.
 Excellent time management and organizational abilities and strong skills in analysis and problem-solving.
