Director of Development (Fundraising)

Lead fundraising efforts to support impactful change!

We are looking for a Director of Development to drive our fundraising strategy and efforts, helping us secure the resources necessary to fulfill Yuvoice’s mission. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify and cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.

What you’ll do:

Lead and implement fundraising strategies to support organizational goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and potential funders.
Oversee and manage fundraising campaigns, including events, online campaigns, and major donor outreach.
Provide regular updates and reports on fundraising performance to the executive team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align fundraising efforts with Yuvoice’s mission and initiatives.
Stay informed about trends and best practices in nonprofit fundraising.

Who you are:

Experienced in fundraising, with a track record of successful campaigns.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term fundraising plans.
Familiar with donor management systems and online fundraising platforms.
Passionate about Yuvoice’s mission and eager to make a difference through fundraising.
