We are looking for an Accessibility & Inclusion Specialist to help drive our mission of creating a more accessible and inclusive platform for all. You will be responsible for ensuring that Yuvoice's content and services are accessible to individuals with diverse needs and abilities, helping to ensure equal participation for everyone.

What you’ll do:

  • Implement accessibility strategies across all content and platforms to ensure inclusivity for all users.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to integrate accessibility features into our digital assets and content.
  • Monitor compliance with accessibility standards and advise on best practices for accessibility across teams.
  • Conduct audits and identify opportunities to improve accessibility features.
  • Educate and train teams on accessibility awareness and inclusive design principles.

Who you are:

  • Knowledgeable in digital accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and assistive technologies.
  • Passionate about creating inclusive environments for people of all abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of universal design principles.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to work across different teams to implement accessibility initiatives.

We host webinars and post "no nonsense" videos to our YouTube channel. Our mentorship pairs you with a mentor in your field who can provide tailored expertise. We’ve edited hundreds of resumes, interacted with thousands of mentees, and are always here to answer your questions. Dweebs support is unique because our services are 100% free. We don’t do sponsorships, we don’t accept money for endorsements, and we provide advice that we truly believe will help you succeed!
