We are looking for passionate, talented individuals to step into the role of Head of [Region] within our Un-Breaking the News Team. You will spearhead regional coverage, guide a talented team of journalists, and be a driving force in telling important stories from your region to the world.

What you’ll do:

Lead the editorial strategy for your region, ensuring that news coverage aligns with both local and global significance.
Oversee a team of regional journalists and freelancers, providing mentorship and guidance.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Regional Journalism and other heads of regions to ensure cohesive reporting and content.
Track and analyze regional trends, ensuring that your team is responding quickly and effectively to breaking news and emerging issues.
Cultivate relationships with local journalists and community leaders to ensure that diverse voices are heard.
