opportunity to contribute to a dynamic global team by helping uncover and understand user
needs for a platform designed to foster civic engagement.

Position Summary
As a UX Researcher, you will conduct a variety of research activities to gather insights into user
behavior, needs, and pain points, working closely with designers, developers, and product
managers to ensure our products meet user needs. Under the guidance of the UX Research
Lead, you will participate in all phases of research, from planning to analysis, and help shape
user-centered design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and other
methods to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
2. Assist in planning and executing research studies in collaboration with the UX
Research Lead and other team members.
3. Analyze research findings and work with the design team to ensure insights are
reflected in product decisions.
4. Create clear and concise research reports to share findings and
recommendations with stakeholders.
5. Contribute to maintaining a research repository to document user insights and
findings.
6. Stay current with UX research trends and best practices to ensure continuous
improvement in research methods.

Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of experience in UX research or a related field, with a portfolio
demonstrating research methodologies and findings.
* Proficiency in a variety of research techniques, such as interviews, usability
testing, and surveys.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with research tools such as Figma, UserTesting, or Qualtrics.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional
teams.
* Passion for civic engagement and social impact.
* Experience working in startups or non-profit organizations is a plus.

Time Commitment:
Minimum of 12 hours per week, with flexibility around project timelines.
