ORGANIZATION: American Red Cross: Michigan Region

This position supports the Regional Operations Department at the American Red Cross - Michigan Region by assisting with administrative activities. This position is essential in ensuring every person who interacts with the American Red Cross has an enjoyable experience through communication and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall administrative functions of the Operations Department
  • Help process vendor payments, manage document retention, and vendor contracts and relationships
  • Coordinate work orders for other departments
  • Copy, file, and maintain paper or electoric paperwork
  • Support administrative tasks provided by different departments

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Willingness to comply with current public health and American Red Cross Policies

Time Commitment:

  • 4 hours per day, at least 1 day per week
