Anthony's Villa is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a brighter future for at-risk youth. Through our group home and community-based mental health services, we empower boys aged 8-21 and their families to achieve stability, growth, and success. Our mission, rooted in our core values of Build, Respect, Integrity, Growth, Health, and Teamwork, drives every decision we make.

We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our Board of Directors. This is an incredible opportunity to bring your expertise to a growing organization making a tangible difference in the lives of children and families in our community.

We are particularly seeking individuals with experience in the following areas:

• Finance/Accounting
• Law (Nonprofit/Family Law)
• Fundraising and Grant Writing
• Mental Health or Child Welfare
• Marketing and Public Relations
• IT or Technology

Board members are expected to:

• Attend quarterly board meetings (virtual options available).
• Serve on at least one committee and attend relevant meetings.
• Act as an ambassador for Anthony's Villa in the community.
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight.
• Support the organization through fundraising and advocacy.

• Commitment to Anthony's Villa’s mission and values.
• Willingness to dedicate time and expertise.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
