Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Volunteer to support CFP in building a strong and motivated team. This role will focus on recruitment, engagement, and HR operations, ensuring that CFP continues to attract and retain talented volunteers and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding volunteers and team members.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance volunteer engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain and update volunteer records and assist with scheduling.
• Provide support in creating policies, processes, and documentation for HR operations.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify and address HR-related needs.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

• Passion for working with people and supporting meaningful initiatives.
• Background in human resources, organizational management, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or HR management systems is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote team environment.
