Are you passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of underprivileged children? We are looking for dedicated volunteers to teach and mentor children in schools located in the slum areas of Varanasi.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Teach basic subjects like Mathematics, Science, English, and Hindi.
- Conduct fun and interactive sessions to encourage learning.
- Mentor and motivate children to stay in school and pursue education.
- Help organize extracurricular activities and events.
Who Can Volunteer:
- Individuals passionate about education and social impact.
- Students, professionals, or retired individuals willing to contribute their time.
Time Commitment:
Flexible hours (15-20 hours per week).

Nishchaya Foundation is a registered non-profit organization that aims to advance children’s rights and education,equality for women,promote education and protect the environment thus creating a lasting impact in the lives of vulnerable ,excluded and marginalized people, their families, and communities.
Set up in 2011 Nishchaya Foundation has transformed thousands of lives by providing quality education to underprivileged children, delivering essential healthcare services, empowering women through skill development programs, and promoting self-reliance. It has also spearheaded impactful environmental conservation initiatives, fostering sustainable communities and setting a benchmark in creating holistic societal growth and well-being.We have our policies, procedures, systems, practices, work culture and audits well in place to reflect our commitment to accountability and transparency.We make sure that people are the center of our values and, therefore, any programming should be based on an effective partnership, which leads to trust- the foundation of change.
