Join us in supporting our talented students at this year’s Winter events!
Winter Wonderland (7:30 AM - 2:30 PM)
Volunteers are needed from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM for food, festivities, giveaways, and general support (handing out items, setting up, and directing people).
- Handing out items to attendees
- Distributing food and beverages
- Setting up and/or breaking down tables and chairs
- Facilitating the flow of parents and students to designated areas
Winter Showcase (5:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
Volunteers are asked to arrive at 4:00 PM for a fashion show showcasing parents and families.
- Stage Lighting: If you have experience with stage lighting, your expertise would be greatly appreciated.
- Event Intake: Help ensure a smooth check-in experience for attendees.
