Please visit the new page to apply.

This volunteer assignment gives the family caregiver a chance to do shopping, attend their own doc appointment, or just some breathing room for the caregiver to go out alone for a couple of hours. An invaluable break from their daily caregiving routines.
All Suncrest Hospice volunteers will complete an minimum 4-hour readiness training program, visit a clinic for Tuberculosis screening, and authorize a criminal background check before being assigned to any volunteer opportunity.

Description
Suncrest Hospice provides care and support to patients who are terminally ill, their families, and loved ones. The majority of hospice patients are cared for in their own homes or the homes of a loved one. Our clinical team is compromised of specially trained physicians, registered nurses, social workers, chaplains, certified nursing assistants and volunteers.
Volunteers can participate in everything from a variety of patient visits to administrate support.
