Invitation to The Bird Rescue Center

New Volunteer Orientation

January 11, 2025

11am to 1pm

Address: 3430 Chanate Rd, Santa Rosa, CA 95402

https://www.birdrescuecenter.org/

The New Volunteer Orientation will give you an excellent overview of our Rehabilitation Hospital Clinic Volunteer opportunities. Did you know we rescue, rehabilitate and release over 3,000 birds a season? Most of those birds come in during Baby Bird Season (April to September).

During this Orientation you will learn about the duties and considerations of taking care of baby to adult birds. The orientation is also the time you can sign up for training to become a volunteer. Additionally, you will hear about other volunteer opportunities such as gardening, sewing, phone/response team, transport and others.

If you wish to come, please use this link to register:

We look forward to having you join us! If you have any questions, feel free to email me at Kelsey@thebirdrescuecenter.org or contact the Center and leave a message for me at 707-523-2473. Confirmation and Directions will be sent prior to January 11, 2025 orientation.

Light beverages and snacks will be provided by the Bird Rescue Center for this orientation.
