Join us for an unforgettable evening at our art fundraiser event, where you’ll help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere! This exciting event will take place at Serpentine Cider in San Diego. As an Event Ambassador & Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in greeting guests, assisting with setting up decor, art displays, and tables, and capturing the moments of the night through photography. You’ll be part of a team helping to unveil our new conservation arts collection, featuring Project Wildlife's incredible Wildlife Ambassadors. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a celebration of wildlife, meet some of these inspiring animals, and support wildlife conservation efforts while enjoying the evening’s festivities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with event check-in
- Set up tables, artwork, and decor before the event
- Capture beautiful moments through photographs during the event
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide event support as needed

Wildlife Jewels(r) is an international public charity, a registered 501(C)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to protecting wildlife from human-caused threats; through a fusion of arts, sciences, technology and collaborations.
Our mission involves protecting wildlife through an inventive fusion of creative arts, science, technology, and multidisciplinary collaborations. We execute this goal through our actionable and ambitious conservation initiatives, innovative educational programs, multi-disciplinary collaborations and global partnerships with diverse entities. We are based in Corona del Mar and Solana Beach, California, our focus is supporting both local and global wildlife conservation and wildlife rescue initiatives.
