Being a hospice volunteer mean sitting and holding hands with someone, maybe watching TV , reading a book, sharing stoires, make a legacy project or praying with them. To make somone smile and look forward to there new beast freind coming to visit.

Hospice is a special concept of care designed to provide comfort ad support to patients and their families when a life-limiting illness no longer responds to curative treatment. Hospice patients are cared for in their personal residences, assisted living facilities, nursing homes and in contracted inpatient hospital settings.
