Do you have an hour a week to spend with a student during the school day? You can make a big difference by participating in the Big Brothers Big Sisters School-based program. Programs include: lunch buddies (eating lunch once a week), academic programs (assist with reading, math, and social), and social/recreational programs (meet weekly to talk about life and provide encouragement). It is amazing to see the progress a student makes when someone shows interest in their achievements.
Current schools involved : Newport , Cold Spring KY, Downtown Cincinnati (2 schools), Clifton, and Sayler Park. We also are partnering with the Boys Girls Club downtown and Avondale for after-school programs.
