Elara Caring is at the heart of everything we do, especially when walking you through life’s final chapters. When family, friends, loved ones and referring physicians entrust us with your care when you are nearing the end of your life, we always strive to assure that our patients spend their remaining days in exceptional comfort and with the utmost dignity.
Caring Services
Elara Caring Hospice offers an extensive list of services, unmatched by most other hospice providers. This list includes all the standard services like nursing care, medication management and physical therapy, access to Social Worker and or Chaplain services. We also have programs that are unique to Elara Caring Hospice, like Music Enrichment, Holding Hands Photos, and Life Stories (legacy remembrance program).
Nursing and social worker students needed to visit with hospice patients and provide increased stimulation, engagement, companionship, and socialization. Learn more about hospice care while making a positive difference in the life of a patient. This is a great way to work towards your nursing or social work goals, gain experience, increase in the field diagnosis skills, develop your non-verbal communication skills, review patient charts and learn more about terminal diseases and the impact it has on a person's life. We can help you work towards you volunteer goals and course requirements! Text Misty Alva 210-325-1451
