OPERATIONS LEAD / PROJECT COORDINATOR - Volunteer Opportunity

Organization: One Bread Foundation, Inc. - Nationwide NGO Combating Human Trafficking

Time Commitment: 1.5 - 3 hours minimum per week

Location: Fully remote, San Francisco Bay Area-based organization with nationwide team

Overview: We are in the fight to End Human Trafficking in our country, One Bread Foundation, Inc. exists for the sole purpose of making grants for the Rehabilitation of Children and Teens rescued from Sex Trafficking nationwide.

The Role:

One Bread Foundation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Lead/ Project Coordinator. This volunteer position requires a commitment of 1.5 to 3 hours per week and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The Operations Lead/Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in planning and executing initiatives that span the entire Foundation, ensuring that our projects align with our mission and run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the COO to plan and organize Foundation-wide projects and initiatives.

· Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.

· Communicate with team members and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on project progress.

· Assist in the development and documentation of project plans, including objectives, tasks, and timelines.

· Monitor project performance and suggest improvements as necessary.

· Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure effective project execution.

· Prepare and present project status reports to the COO and other senior leaders.

· Ensure all projects adhere to the nonprofit’s standards and policies.

· Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may arise during project execution.

· Provide support to other team members as needed to ensure the overall success of the Foundation’s initiatives.
