Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer Volunteer to help enhance the capabilities of our platform, HumanoMaximus.Org, by integrating AI and machine learning solutions. As an AI/ML Developer, you will help develop and optimize algorithms that drive the personalization and effectiveness of our service offerings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about applying advanced technology to create a real-world social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI/ML Models:
  Design, build, and implement AI and machine learning models to enhance the platform's ability to make real-time recommendations and decisions based on user data. This includes natural language processing (NLP), recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.

• Data Analysis & Insights:
  Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights that will inform and improve the user experience. Develop algorithms that adapt to evolving user needs and behaviors.

• Algorithm Optimization:
  Continuously optimize AI/ML models to ensure that they are accurate, efficient, and scalable. Test, evaluate, and fine-tune models to improve performance across different use cases.

• Collaborate with Development Team:
  Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and other technical team members to integrate AI/ML solutions into the existing platform. Ensure alignment between AI capabilities and platform requirements.

• Feature Development:
  Develop new AI-driven features for HumanoMaximus.Org, such as chatbots, personalized recommendations, and real-time assistance based on user profiles and needs.

• Ensure Ethical AI Implementation:
  Ensure that AI models are designed and implemented in an ethical manner, especially considering vulnerable populations. Work to reduce bias in algorithms and ensure fairness and transparency in AI-driven decisions.

• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
  Document AI/ML processes, models, and solutions to ensure clarity for future development and scalability. Provide training and guidance to junior team members as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Developer with extensive hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models in production environments.

• Strong proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

• Strong coding skills in Python and proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.

• Experience with NLP, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, or computer vision.

• Familiarity with data pipelines, model deployment, and cloud computing.

• Strong understanding of data ethics and experience working with sensitive data.

• Experience with version control tools like Git.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Passion for using AI and machine learning to create positive social change and support vulnerable populations.

• Strong communication skills to explain complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.

Location: Remote
Role Type: Volunteer (Part-time)
Time Commitment: Approximately hours per week, flexible schedule.
