Purpose:
What more rewarding and fun experience could there be than wrapping toys for the children in our community! Join us to help strengthen our relationships with the communities we serve and bring joy to children this holiday season.

Responsibilities and Duties:
● Gift-wrapping toys for children this holiday season.
Time Commitment:
● Tuesday, December 3 and Thursday December 5, 2024, from 12noon to 6pm
Location/Parking:
● 555 Northgate Drive, San Rafael, CA 94903 (inside the ERSEA suite, on the 1st floor)
● Parking is available at the back of the building.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● A desire to bring joy to children this holiday season!
● Sorting and organization of gifts.
● Wrapping experience requested but not required
Donations Welcomed:
● In addition to volunteering your time, we are accepting donations of toys from ages 0-12, gift bags, wrapping paper, tissue paper, tape, bows/ribbons etc.

Community Action Marin's programs include: BASIC HUMAN NEEDS: Emergency Family Needs Fund, Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) EARLY CHILDHOOD & FAMILY DEVELOPMENT: Head Start and Early Head Start, Marin Community Child Development Centers for families of low income FINANCIAL EDUCATION & TAX PREPARATION: Sparkpoint Marin financial, budgeting, and career coaching, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Homeless Outreach Team and housing supportive services Each program offers volunteer and employment opportunities geared toward specific program needs.
